Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and vodka to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until chilled and creamy.

Strain into shot glasses and garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple wedges if desired.

Notes
