Instructions
- Wash and quarter the yellow potatoes, keeping the pieces as even as possible for consistent cooking.
- Place the potatoes in the slow cooker and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Notes
