Delicious Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa – hearty pierogies, creamy sauce & kielbasa for a cozy, easy weeknight meal.

- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (8‑ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the crockpot
Spray or lightly grease the inside of a 5‑ or 6‑quart crockpot. - Layer ingredients
Add frozen pierogies first, then place sliced kielbasa on top. - Add liquids and cheese
Pour in chicken broth. Add cream cheese in chunks. Season with salt and pepper. - Cook
Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 5–6 hours until tender. - Add cheddar cheese
Sprinkle on shredded cheddar and let it melt for the last 15–30 minutes. - Serve
Stir gently and serve hot with optional fresh herbs.
Notes
Don’t thaw pierogies beforehand.
For smoother texture, let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Adjust broth amount based on desired consistency.
Browning kielbasa adds extra flavor.
