Description
A bold milkshake blending creamy vanilla ice cream, sharp cheddar, smoky deep-fried bacon, and a spicy chili kick. Sweet, salty, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, fried until crispy
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and deep fry bacon strips until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- In a blender, combine milk, vanilla ice cream, cheddar cheese, and chili powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses. Crumble in some of the bacon and stir lightly.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chili sauce, and garnish with whole bacon strips. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. For extra spice, add jalapeño or hot sauce to the blend. Pairs well with sliders, fries, or simple cookies.
