Instructions

  • Prepare Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Coat Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Fry Marshmallows: Carefully drop marshmallows into the hot oil, frying a few at a time until golden brown, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Drain: Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve: Serve warm, topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles.
