- 1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil (plus more for frying)
- Whipped Cream (for serving)
- Chocolate Syrup (for serving)
- Sprinkles (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Coat Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Fry Marshmallows: Carefully drop marshmallows into the hot oil, frying a few at a time until golden brown, about 30-60 seconds.
- Drain: Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve: Serve warm, topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles.
