- 2 apples (finely chopped)

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme (use more if fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped apples, salt, and thyme. Cook until apples are slightly tender.
- Roll out the crescent dough and spread the apple-onion mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
