    • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cream Cheese Filling:
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and prepare the loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine the mixtures and pour half into the pan.
  • Prepare the cream cheese filling and swirl it into the batter.
  • Top with the remaining batter and bake.
