- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
- Combine the mixtures and pour half into the pan.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling and swirl it into the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and bake.
