  • 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
  • Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the BBQ sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the steak mixture on half of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the steak mixture.
  • Fold the tortillas in half and cook in a clean skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  • Cut into wedges and serve hot.
