- 1 (1 pound) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the BBQ sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the steak mixture on half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the steak mixture.
- Fold the tortillas in half and cook in a clean skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
