- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. For make-ahead, assemble and refrigerate overnight before baking. Pairs well with a side salad, roasted veggies, or cornbread.
