Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

  4. Lower heat to medium, add remaining butter and garlic, and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon garlic butter over the top, and simmer 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
