Ingredients
Scale
- 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking beef)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground beef, crumbled bacon, and half the cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Add sautéed mushrooms, peppers, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat covered in the oven or in the microwave.
