Description

A cheesy, hearty casserole that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with the comfort of ramen noodles. Perfect for busy weeknights or potluck dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking beef)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, ground beef, crumbled bacon, and half the cheese. Mix well to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Add sautéed mushrooms, peppers, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat covered in the oven or in the microwave.
