- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Pour Caesar dressing over chicken, coating each piece evenly.
- Arrange asparagus around the chicken and toss gently in dressing.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F and asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving, then spoon extra dressing over top.
