Description

Juicy chicken breasts baked in creamy Caesar dressing with tender asparagus for a quick, flavorful one-pan meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

  3. Pour Caesar dressing over chicken, coating each piece evenly.

  4. Arrange asparagus around the chicken and toss gently in dressing.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F and asparagus is tender-crisp.

  6. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving, then spoon extra dressing over top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave. Pair with rice, potatoes, or a simple salad for a complete meal.
