- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon until evenly combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of filling across the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Chill rolls in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces, arrange on a platter, and serve chilled
