Description

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with smoky bacon flavor, these pinwheels make the perfect party appetizer. Easy to prep and guaranteed crowd-pleasers!


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth. 
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon until evenly combined. 
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread an even layer of filling across the surface, leaving a small border around the edges. 
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas. 
  5. Chill rolls in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours. 
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces, arrange on a platter, and serve chilled

Notes

These pinwheels can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge. For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs or serve with ranch dip.
