Description

Sweet, creamy cheesecake filling is piped into fresh strawberries for an easy, no-bake treat. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries, pat dry, and slice off the leafy tops to create a flat base.

  2. Carefully hollow out the centers of the strawberries with a paring knife or small spoon.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Transfer filling to a piping bag and pipe into each strawberry.

  5. Chill strawberries for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

Notes

 For extra flair, top with crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of melted chocolate. Best enjoyed the same day.
