Description
Sweet, creamy cheesecake filling is piped into fresh strawberries for an easy, no-bake treat. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a light dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash strawberries, pat dry, and slice off the leafy tops to create a flat base.
- Carefully hollow out the centers of the strawberries with a paring knife or small spoon.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer filling to a piping bag and pipe into each strawberry.
- Chill strawberries for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
Notes
 For extra flair, top with crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of melted chocolate. Best enjoyed the same day.
