Easy Christmas Fudge Recipe

Easy Christmas Fudge Recipe

  • Author: Sarah White

Description

This Easy Christmas Fudge Recipe uses just 5 ingredients and no baking. Quick, creamy, festive, and perfect for gifting or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prep the pan: Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the fudge base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour and spread: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and use a spatula to spread evenly into the corners.
  5. Decorate: Immediately top with Christmas sprinkles, gently pressing them into the surface so they stick.
  6. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate chips for best results. Cheap brands can lead to greasy or gritty fudge.

For softer fudge, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Want cleaner slices? Warm a sharp knife under hot water and wipe it dry between cuts.

You can freeze this fudge for up to 3 months—wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag.
