Description

Juicy, creamy chicken cooked in ranch seasoning and cream cheese, perfect for easy weeknight sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, pickles, or sandwich buns for serving


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

  3. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place over the chicken.

  4. Pour chicken broth over all ingredients.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

  6. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and mix until creamy.

  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

  8. Serve on sandwich buns with optional toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic or onion powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
