Description

Juicy beef and melted cheese wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden. A fun appetizer or easy dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

  3. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc. Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.

  4. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with Parmesan and brush over each dough ball.

  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with ketchup, ranch, or chipotle mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
