- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round disc. Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with Parmesan and brush over each dough ball.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with ketchup, ranch, or chipotle mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
