- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped grilled chicken (if using), green onion, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked white rice to the skillet, stirring to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
