  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chopped grilled chicken (if using), green onion, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  • Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir to evenly distribute the sauce.
  • Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet and mix into the rice.
  • Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
