- ¼ cup red enchilada sauce

- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry tortillas until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain.
- Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
- Top with ground beef, taco sauce, and enchilada sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Mexican cheese blend evenly over the top.
- Add diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Place pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
