  • 8 ounces (226g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 12 ounces (339g) semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional for garnish: sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, additional melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate with oil in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  • Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate and garnish with optional toppings.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
