- 36 (14.3oz/405g) regular Oreo cookies (not Double-Stuf)
- 8 ounces (226g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 12 ounces (339g) semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
- Optional for garnish: sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, additional melted chocolate
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with oil in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate and garnish with optional toppings.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

- For easier dipping, use a toothpick to hold the Oreo balls.
