- 410g jar fruit mince
- Icing sugar, to dust
- Double cream, to serve (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the pie maker.
- Cut the pastry sheets into rounds that fit the pie maker.
- Place a pastry round in each section, pressing gently.
- Fill with a spoonful of fruit mince.
- Top with another pastry round, sealing the edges.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar.
Notes
Ensure the pastry is just thawed for easier handling. Use double cream for added richness if desired.
