  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Double cream, to serve (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the pie maker.
  • Cut the pastry sheets into rounds that fit the pie maker.
  • Place a pastry round in each section, pressing gently.
  • Fill with a spoonful of fruit mince.
  • Top with another pastry round, sealing the edges.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove and cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar.

Notes

Ensure the pastry is just thawed for easier handling. Use double cream for added richness if desired.
