Eyeball Brownie Bites

Eyeball Brownie Bites – Easy Spooky Halloween Treats

  • Author: Sarah White

Description

These Eyeball Brownie Bites are quick, creepy, and irresistibly chocolatey! Made with soft brownie bites, vanilla frosting, red gel icing, and candy eyeballs, they’re the ultimate spooky-sweet party treat that kids and adults love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting
  • 1 tube red gel icing
  • 24 candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie base: Arrange all 24 brownie bites on a flat tray or baking sheet. If using homemade brownies, cut them into bite-sized rounds or squares for easy decorating.
  2. Add the frosting: Use a piping bag or a small spatula to add a dollop of vanilla frosting on top of each brownie bite. This will be the “white” of your spooky eyeball.
  3. Create the bloodshot effect: Using the red gel icing, draw thin, wavy lines from the center outward to mimic veins. This step adds that delightfully eerie, bloodshot-eye look.
  4. Add the eyeball: Press one candy eyeball into the center of each frosted brownie. Gently push it down until it sticks firmly.
  5. Chill before serving (optional): Place the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to let the frosting and gel set before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature frosting—it spreads more smoothly and holds the candy eyes in place. If you’re serving outdoors, chill the bites to keep the frosting from melting.
