Instructions

  • Hard-boil the eggs and peel them.

  • Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add green food coloring if desired.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites and garnish with red bell pepper and extra dill.
