Description

Deliciously festive popsicles made with rich custard, fruit mince, honey-roasted nuts, and cranberries, dipped in dark and white chocolate, and decorated with silver cachous.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 900g Pauls Double Thick Custard Rich Chocolate
  • 80g (1/2 cup) honey-roasted nuts, finely chopped
  • 100g (1/3 cup) fruit mince
  • 50g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp brandy or rum (optional)
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 20g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
  • Silver cachous, to decorate

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine custard, fruit mince, cranberries, nuts, and brandy or rum.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  • Melt dark and white chocolate separately, dip the popsicles, and sprinkle with desiccated coconut and silver cachous.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the brandy or rum.
