Description
Deliciously festive popsicles made with rich custard, fruit mince, honey-roasted nuts, and cranberries, dipped in dark and white chocolate, and decorated with silver cachous.
Ingredients

- 900g Pauls Double Thick Custard Rich Chocolate
- 80g (1/2 cup) honey-roasted nuts, finely chopped
- 100g (1/3 cup) fruit mince
- 50g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp brandy or rum (optional)
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g white chocolate, chopped
- 20g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
- Silver cachous, to decorate
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine custard, fruit mince, cranberries, nuts, and brandy or rum.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Melt dark and white chocolate separately, dip the popsicles, and sprinkle with desiccated coconut and silver cachous.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the brandy or rum.
