- ½ (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons fig spread
- ½ cup goat cheese, softened
- 2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and gently roll to smooth seams.
- Spread the fig spread evenly over the surface of the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Dollop or spread the softened goat cheese evenly on top of the fig layer.
- Lay the prosciutto slices evenly across the pastry.
- Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, pressing gently to seal.
- Cut the pastry into even strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Work quickly with puff pastry to keep it cold for best rise.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter for clean edges.
