Description
Rich, creamy fudge infused with cinnamon-spiced Fireball whiskey. A quick and fun treat perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting.
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips (about 2 bags, 11.5 oz each)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or candy mix-ins
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 1–2 minutes. Stir in Fireball whiskey until evenly combined.
- Fold in optional nuts or candy if desired, then spread mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm. Lift fudge out with parchment, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
