  • Author: Sarah White
  • Total Time: 8 hours 10 minutes (including freezing)
  • Yield: 6 pops
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A whimsical frozen cocktail on a stick, these cotton candy vodka pops are sweet, colorful, and perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cotton candy

  • 1 cup vodka

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. Place cotton candy in a mixing bowl or pitcher and gently press it down.

  2. Pour vodka over the cotton candy, stirring until it dissolves completely.

  3. Add lemon-lime soda and stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz.

  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6–8 hours or until solid.

  6. Run molds under warm water to release and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use sparkling water instead of soda. To make alcohol-free pops, replace vodka with fruit juice. Best enjoyed fresh from the freezer.
