Colorful Fruity Pebbles shells filled with creamy cheesecake filling make a fun, no-bake dessert perfect for parties or birthdays.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Extra Fruity Pebbles or toppings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Fruity Pebbles with melted butter in a bowl until evenly coated.

  2. Spoon cereal mixture onto parchment and shape into taco shells over a muffin tin. Chill until firm.

  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.

  4. Fold in whipped cream gently until light and fluffy.

  5. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into cooled cereal shells.

  6. Garnish with extra Fruity Pebbles or toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

For best crunch, assemble tacos just before serving. Store shells at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Filling can be made 1 day in advance and refrigerated.
