Description

  • 4 slices thick-cut sourdough bread

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Pinch of salt

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.

  2. Spread garlic butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place two slices buttered side down.

  4. Layer cheese on each slice, then top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
