Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place two slices buttered side down.
- Layer cheese on each slice, then top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
