Ingredients
Scale
-
1 pound ground beef – the heart of these Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
-
½ tsp each: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder – to season the beef perfectly
-
½ cup yellow onion, diced – adds savory sweetness and texture
-
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded – for that bold, melty cheeseburger flavor
-
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough – the easy, flaky shell
-
2 tbsp butter, melted + 1 tsp garlic powder – to make the irresistible garlic butter glaze
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish) – brings a pop of color and freshness
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 8–10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
- Stir the shredded cheddar cheese into the slightly cooled beef mixture and mix until combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 individual triangles.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up toward the narrow end and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over each rollup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
