Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles

  • 6-8 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the garlic shrimp and butter mixture until evenly coated.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes
