Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the garlic shrimp and butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
Adjust garlic to taste for a milder or stronger flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the shrimp.
