Description

Golden pastry-wrapped apples with gooey caramel centers—sweet, cozy, and irresistible. Perfect for fall gatherings or holiday treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 8 soft caramel candies

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll or biscuit dough

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Toss apple chunks lightly in cinnamon and sugar to coat.

  3. Unroll dough and cut into 8 squares. Place one apple chunk and one caramel candy in the center of each square.

  4. Fold dough around the filling, pinching seams tightly to seal, and roll into a ball.

  5. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with caramel sauce for extra indulgence. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven.
