Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 8 small cubes mozzarella cheese

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round and place a mozzarella cube in the center.

  3. Fold edges of dough over cheese and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

  4. Arrange balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning if using, then brush over biscuit tops.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or air fryer.
