A rich, spooky-sweet Halloween fudge made with dark chocolate and cherries. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a festive family treat.

- 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped cherries or cherry preserves
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Gently fold in the chopped cherries or swirl in cherry preserves for a marbled effect.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
