Scale
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped cherries or cherry preserves

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped cherries or swirl in cherry preserves for a marbled effect.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
