Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until sticky and well combined.

  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or use silicone cupcake molds for easy removal.

  3. Divide the mixture evenly into the molds and press firmly to form compact cups.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 10–15 minutes until firm.

  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the chilled brownie cups and allow to set.
