Description
Creamy, protein-packed mousse bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate. A no-bake, wholesome treat perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted (optional for coating)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm enough to hold shape.
- If desired, dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate and return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy immediately, or store for later.
Notes
 Store mousse bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving for the best texture.
