Description

Creamy, protein-packed mousse bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate. A no-bake, wholesome treat perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted (optional for coating)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.

  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm enough to hold shape.

  4. If desired, dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate and return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

  5. Remove from molds and enjoy immediately, or store for later.

Notes

 Store mousse bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving for the best texture.
