Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. - Cook the beef mixture:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to season evenly. - Prepare the sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. This will form your creamy binder for the casserole. - Layer the casserole:
