- 6 cups ketchup
- 2 cups red wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 10 tablespoons dry mustard
- 8 teaspoons paprika
- 8 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 8 dashes hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Let cool before transferring to sterilized jars or containers.
