Description

A sweet, creamy spread made with fresh blueberries, honey, and butter. Perfect for toast, muffins, pancakes, or as a gift.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the blueberries, then lightly mash them with a fork to release their juices while keeping some texture.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, mashed blueberries, and honey.

  3. Beat with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth and creamy, with blueberry flecks throughout.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if desired.

  5. Transfer to a clean jar, refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Freeze in small portions for longer storage. Delicious on toast, waffles, or as a unique topping for savory meats.
