- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Add green bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
- Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
