  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
