- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
