- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles (patted dry)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced pickles, green onions (if using), and garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth. - Lay Out the Salami
Arrange the salami slices flat on a clean cutting board or plate. - Spread the Filling
Use a small spatula or butter knife to spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of salami. - Roll Them Up
Starting from the edge, roll each salami slice tightly into a cylinder. - Chill and Slice (Optional)
