  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles (patted dry)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced pickles, green onions (if using), and garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay Out the Salami
    Arrange the salami slices flat on a clean cutting board or plate.
  3. Spread the Filling
    Use a small spatula or butter knife to spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of salami.
  4. Roll Them Up
    Starting from the edge, roll each salami slice tightly into a cylinder.
  5. Chill and Slice (Optional)

Notes
