  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry (see note 3)
  • Bread chunks and fresh vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve with bread chunks and fresh vegetables.
