- ▢1 cup mayonnaise
- ▢1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped (see note 1)
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 (1.4 ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (see note 2)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry (see note 3)
- Bread chunks and fresh vegetables, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
- Stir in the chopped spinach until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with bread chunks and fresh vegetables.

- Note 1: Water chestnuts add a nice crunch; make sure to chop them finely.
- Note 2: The Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix is essential for the unique flavor of this dip.
