Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional, for freshness)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon crumbles.
- Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir until the beef and bacon are fully coated. Reduce heat to low.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and toss until everything is evenly combined and coated in sauce.
- Sprinkle in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until the cheese melts and creates a creamy, cheesy sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with diced tomatoes and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños. This dish reheats well—store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
