Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional, for freshness)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  2. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease.

  3. Season the beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon crumbles.

  4. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir until the beef and bacon are fully coated. Reduce heat to low.

  5. Add the cooked penne pasta and toss until everything is evenly combined and coated in sauce.

  6. Sprinkle in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until the cheese melts and creates a creamy, cheesy sauce.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with diced tomatoes and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños. This dish reheats well—store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
