Make Loaded Pull Apart Pizza Rolls with sausage, pepperoni, cheese, and veggies in crescent dough—perfect for snacks or parties.

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cooked pork sausage crumbles, thawed (from 9.6-oz package)
  • 1/3 cup pepperoni minis (from 5-oz package)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare dough
    Unroll the crescent dough sheet and press the perforations to seal into one large rectangle.
  3. Spread pizza sauce
    Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch border around the edges.
  4. Add Italian seasoning
    Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the sauce to enhance flavor.
  5. Layer toppings
    Distribute cooked sausage crumbles, pepperoni minis, and chopped green bell peppers evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add cheese
    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over all the toppings.
  7. Roll up dough
    Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal.
  8. Slice and arrange
    Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices. Place slices upright on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
  9. Bake
    Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Cool and serve
    Allow to cool for a few minutes before pulling apart and serving. Enjoy with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

Seal dough seams well to prevent filling leakage.

Use pre-cooked sausage to save time and ensure even cooking.

For extra crispiness, brush the tops with a little melted butter before baking.
