Deliciously creamy Mango Pineapple Nice Cream made with yogurt and fresh fruit—perfect healthy frozen dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 can crushed pineapple (or fresh pineapple, chopped)
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups yogurt (Greek vanilla recommended)
- Optional: sugar or honey, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit
If using fresh pineapple, chop into small pieces. Peel and cube the mango. - Combine Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, add the crushed pineapple (with juice), mango cubes, and yogurt. - Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture until creamy and smooth. Taste and add sugar or honey if you prefer it sweeter. - Freeze the Mixture
Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. - Serve
Scoop the nice cream into bowls or cones. Let sit a few minutes to soften slightly before serving.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for best natural sweetness.
Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein but use any yogurt you prefer.
Adjust sweetness after blending to your taste.
For a dairy-free version, substitute yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt.
Stir halfway through freezing to improve texture if desired.
