Description

A refreshing layered drink with sweet strawberries and tropical mango, blended into a creamy, café-style frappuccino at home. Perfect for summer sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup ice, divided

  • 1 cup milk or juice, divided

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave (optional)

  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

  • Fresh fruit slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberry layer: combine strawberries, 1/2 cup ice, and 1/2 cup milk or juice until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and freeze briefly.

  2. Rinse the blender, then blend mango, 1/2 cup ice, and 1/2 cup milk or juice until creamy. Adjust sweetness with honey if needed.

  3. Slowly pour the mango mixture over the strawberry base to create layers.

  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fruit slices. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best thick texture. To keep layers from mixing, pour the mango blend gently over the strawberry base. For a dairy-free version, use almond, coconut, or oat milk.
