  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®), or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine extra lean ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, skim milk, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and garlic salt.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Add hot pepper sauce to taste.
  • Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.

Notes
