Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or softened cream cheese)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional: top with fresh herbs or grated cheese before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
