Description

 Tender, juicy chicken baked in a creamy, flavorful sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or softened cream cheese)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pat chicken dry and place in a greased baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: top with fresh herbs or grated cheese before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
