Description
Cheesy, garlicky, and packed with juicy chicken, these tortilla wraps are quick to make and perfect for lunch, dinner, or snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley, salsa, or sour cream for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for 20–30 seconds per side to make them soft and pliable.
- Place chicken and cheese in the center of each tortilla, slightly off-center to allow for easy folding.
- Fold the sides in, then roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, place wraps seam-side down, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with your favorite dips or sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed onions, peppers, or spinach to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet for best texture.
